I got out and tested the old propellers on a friends DJI Phantom Vision today. I destroyed a set of the new self-locking propellers (we'll just call it a "hard landing"). The local hobby shop had the old ones so I picked them up for cheap and then fabricated the nuts off the self-locking props to fit the old propellers.
This morning was the test flight and it flew pretty damn good - all things considering, wind, experimentation in flying, pilot experience, etc...
